The UNI PdR 125:2022 standard is a reference practice that defines the issues to be addressed to support the enhancement of gender equality within corporate growth paths by avoiding stereotypes and discrimination and reorienting corporate culture so that it can be increasingly inclusive and respectful of gender competencies.
Through this page it is possible to submit to the Company reports for improvement and/or complaints in relation to facts and events that are contrary to the principles of gender equality contained in the reference standard.
